Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your Santosha Company products. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within

14 days of delivery with:

Your order number
A photograph of the issue

We'll review the claim and offer either:

A replacement product, or
A full refund

Change of Mind Returns

Due to the nature of our home fragrance products, we can only accept returns on unused items that remain unopened and in their original packaging.

To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

Returned items must:

Be unused
Be in their original packaging
Be in a resalable condition

Please note that customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5 working days to the original payment method.

Delivery

We carefully handcraft and pack every order from our Norfolk workshop.

Orders are usually dispatched within 5 working days.
Once dispatched, standard UK delivery typically takes 3-5 working days.
We currently deliver throughout mainland UK (excluding Northern Ireland)

During busy periods, such as Christmas, launches and events, dispatch times may be slightly longer. If there are any significant delays, we'll keep you updated.

Vegan friendly

We're proud that all of our fragranced products are made using vegan-friendly ingredients.

While we make every effort to source vegan-friendly materials, we cannot currently guarantee that all packaging and label components are vegan certified.
